Committed to the health and well-being of my clients, it is my focus to address each of their specific and unique needs through specialized assessment techniques and complementary massage modalities. As both a Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer, it is my mission to marry these two passions to create a knowledge base that addresses both the body in movement and the facilitation of healing. While trained in a variety of modalities, I specialize in Myofascial Therapies, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, and Pregnancy massage.
